Rent a Venue or Equipment
KSU offers student organisations the opportunity to rent the ‘Organisations’ Boardroom’ or ‘The KSU-PwC Common Room’ and events equipment for free.
KSU also offers students the opportunity to rent free equipment which they may need for their course, refer to the following rules and regulations .
After booking a venue or equipment you shall receive a confirmation from KSU’s end. If you would like to cancel a booking or have any questions, please send an email to secgen@ksu.org.mt and secretary@ksu.org.mt .
The equipment cannot be booked for leisure events. The venues cannot be booked for free for leisure events. If you would like to book ‘The KSU-PwC Common Room’ for a leisure event you need to send an email to the previously listed emails and you may find the price rates here .

Terms & Conditions
- Prices are inclusive of VAT
- If the rules are not adhered to or if KSU’s venues or equipment are found to be damaged after the said event, KSU reserves the right to withhold the deposit after contacting the organisation in question.
- The venues cannot be booked for free for leisure events. If you would like to book ‘The KSU-PwC Common Room’ for a leisure event you need to send an email to the previously listed emails and you may find the price rates here.
- The equipment cannot be booked for leisure events.
- The rental of the KSU-PwC Common Room includes the use of all the equipment found in such room. This includes: armchairs, tables, chairs, stools, a whiteboard, the use of two microphones, projector and sound system. The setup of the room prior to the event is the responsibility of the respective student organisation and such organisation shall ensure that the room is left in the condition originally found.
